History
Our Company started as Central Mobile Crane way back in the 1970s before it was converted to Central Kargo Sdn. Bhd. in1985 with the mission to be the best in land transport, heavy lift cranes & total logistic.
Today Central Kargo also comprises of Seberang Wira Freight Forwarders Sdn. Bhd. and Central Kargo Movers Sdn. Bhd. We are also registered with the Ministry of Finance as a contractor for logistics services.
We are about 45 years of knowledge and know-how in this industry. Combined with our large fleet of transport & equipment, which is constantly growing it enables us to fulfill our customer’s needs at all times.
Central Kargo’s services includes our fleet of lorries such as low loaders, telescopic low loaders, platform pole trailers, telescopic pole trailers, cargo trailers, mobile cranes, city cranes, crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes skylifts, forklifts and truck mounted cranes which are wholly own by us. We also have manpower and relevant equipment to man-oeuvre industrial machines.
Other area of our services includes warehousing, freigh forwarding, long concrete beams launching (approx 45m in length) using low modular carries with which we have also transported 105 pipes weighting 95 tons and lifting to barge at port.
Central Kargo has also been the official forklift contractor for Penang Port Sdn Bhd (Port Authority) since 1996. We have also performed many contract jobs and project cargoes for major international freight forwarders. We also supply lost mast & heavy lift forklifts in ship’s hatches for shipping companies.
